It’s been decided. On October 20th, 2010, we will wear purple in honor of the 6 gay boys who committed suicide in recent weeks/months due to homophobic abuse in their homes at at their schools. Purple represents Spirit on the LGBTQ flag and that’s exactly what we’d like all of you to have with you: spirit. Please know that times will get better and that you will meet people who will love you and respect you for who you are, no matter your sexuality. Please wear purple on October 20th. Tell your friends, family, co-workers, neighbors and schools.

RIP Justin Aaberg, Raymond Chase (middle)

|12:57 am - My Car|
So, my car is probably totaled. It was hit by a drunk driver while parked legally. The guy was going extremely fast, hit my car, then hit the curb and crashed into a tree. I was just about to head out to my car and leave when it happened, so I suppose I'm lucky it happened when it did, and not a couple minutes later, as that would be bad. I may not have a car until Fall.

Is really fucking upset with amazon.com.
This, and this, and this, and this don't have their sales rank taken away for adult content. But, this does?
Really amazon. What. The. Fuck.

So, its almost baseball season. Brewers open up against the Giants in California in 14 days and 1 hour. Squee! Despite the fact that we lost arguably our best pitcher (though, we only had him for half a season, so its not that much of a loss), I think we're going to do well this year. Some of our pitching hasn't quite shaken out in Spring Training, but I'm confident we'll work through it. Plus, we're amazing and wonderful. And, at the very least, the Cubs are going down. I'm excited. Its kind of sad though that our home opener is against the Cubs, because that raelly isn't fair to Brewers fans. It basically gives the Cubs 2 home openers, and allows there to be a lot less Brewers fans able to enjoy the home opener. But, we're gonna crush the Cubs, so those Cub fans who drove up will just be at a loss, so its all good. All we need to do is stay healthy, and pray that the young guys can carry the load, and that Hoffman secretly isn't as old as he actually is.
My predictions on the year (granted, I honestly don't really know how well each teams actually going to be...):
Wild Card: Phillies
Wild Card: Rays

I don't like having a 5-6 page paper due 2 days in a row. Mreh. At least it looks like I'll be able to finish this one soon. Its due at 2:25, and I'm on the 5th page right now. Gah. I need sleep. Why must midterms and papers all be squished up together in a small space? Honestly, it wouldn't be that difficult to space them out...come on...

"I'm not saying this (homosexuality) is the only sin that's out there," said Sen. Scott Renfroe, R-Greeley. "We have murder. We have all sorts of sin. We have adultery. And we don't make laws making those legal, and we would never think to make murder legal."

Whenever I see a car left on in a parking lot or on the street with no one in it, I really feel the urge to move it a few spots, or around the corner....
